Sorry about yesterday!!  No excuse.

Thought I'd show y'all a picture of Carson running in his race.  He ran his personal Panama best time with 7:52 splits.  His best US race time is 7:11 splits, but he felt much better during and after this latest race so that was awesome!  It is so much fun to watch him improve at what he loves to do!!
